Dear West Side Little League families, We hope that you're having a good summer! IMPORTANT NEW INFORMATION--PLEASE READ
Little League is requiring all Little Leagues to switch to a central Registration platform powered by SportsConnect.

WHAT THIS MEANS FOR YOU:

YOUR LEAGUEONE/ACTIVE ACCOUNT CAN NO LONGER BE USED TO REGISTER YOUR CHILD.
YOU WILL HAVE TO ESTABLISH AN ACCOUNT WITH SPORTS CONNECT before registering your child for Fall Ball 2024. Please do that BEFORE Fall Ball Registration Opens on August 1st.
- Click to Register for Sport Connect, then click the red "REGISTER" button (located at the top right of the page you're directed to) to set up an account.
- Note: Enter a SECONDARY E-MAIL, if you have one (e.g. do this if different people coordinate Registration or Schedule or Volunteer activity).
- Note: After entering the info for your children, you need to click "Skip" for each child at the registration part (since registration isn't open yet).
On Thursday August 1st, after 12 noon, return to the West Side Little League Home Page at www.WestSideBaseball.org to register your child for Fall Ball 2024.

Every March is crunch time.

No, I’m not a tax accountant anticipating April 15th.

I’m Debbie Kling, President of the West Side Little League. And our “Tax Day” is April 1st, the League’s Opening Day.

West SideLittle League 9U Hawks wins 9U Division in 2022 Tri-State Metro Baseball League!

West Side Little League 9U Hawks wins the 9U Division in the 2022 Tri-State Metro Baseball League!

The team started practicing in the spring, but this was their first season playing travel baseball games. The team beat the Bluebirds 10-4 in the semi-finals and then beat the Rockets (a travel team made up of players from Peter Stuyvesant Little League) 18-3 in the finals.

West Side Little League Hawks are the 2022 New York State Junior Baseball Champions!

On July 29th, the West Side Little League's Juniors Baseball tournament team – the Hawks – won the New York State Little League Championship! This is the first time in the 36 year history of the League that one of our teams has won a state championship. We are so proud of the players, the team Manager (and League VP) Jim Glasgow and coaches Joel Feliciano and Ralph Stone for this tremendous accomplishment. And thanks to the parents for their support of this terrific team. The team advances to the Eastern Region Tournament next week in Freehold, New Jersey.

Beating Peter Stuyvesant for the second year in a row, West Side's 14u Hawks advance to the Sectionals which they also won last year. Way to go 14u Hawks!

WSLL Code of Conduct
WSLL has developed the following WSLL Code of Conduct that applies to all participants and spectators, in all divisions.

WSLL Medical Release Forms
Every player MUST give a completed WSLL Medical Release Form to their Coach at the first game or practice of the season. This form must be filled out and signed by a parent or guardian. Coaches should bring these forms to every game and team practice.

WSLL Safety Code
