Fall 2026 FEES & REFUND POLICY:

REGISTRATION FEES:
$275 for registrations from August 1st through August 24th.
$350 for registrations after August 24th.
The fee covers most of the cost of player and coach uniforms, team equipment, fields maintenance, umpires, administrative expenses, including League insurance costs and LL charter fees, and scholarships.

WAITLIST POLICY: Once a division is full, registration for that division will be closed and a waitlist will open. You will be notified if your child can be placed off the waitlist. You will then have 72 hours to complete your registration BY PAYING THE REGISTRATION FEE or by requesting a scholarship code from the League Registrar. If you do not pay the fee or enter a valid scholarship code within 72 hours of having been placed off the waitlist---your child's registration will be cancelled and your child will not be placed.

SCHOLARSHIPS: No child will be denied the opportunity to play because of an inability to pay. If a family is unable to shoulder the entire registration fee, scholarships are available for part or all of the registration fee. When possible, families are asked to pay a portion of the fee. If you are requesting a scholarship, please email the League Registrar BEFORE registering. The Registrar will get back to you.

REFUND POLICY: A full refund is given when a registered player withdraws for a valid medical reason with an accompanying doctor’s note.
All other requests for a refund will be denied except under special circumstances as determined by league officials. A $25 processing fee will apply to ALL non-medical refunds. After uniforms have been distributed, no refunds will be given for any reason.

Team Sponsorship: A Fall team sponsorship is only $500, and the cost of sponsorship is tax-deductible! You can request the age group or division you'd like to sponsor (6’s T-ball, 7 or 8 year olds, Minors 9's-10's,  Majors, Intermediate12-13's, Senior Baseball or  Girls' Softball . Sponsor logos are printed on the back of the uniform for coaches and players. In addition, sponsors can have their web sites's linked to the West Side Little League web site. We welcome corporate, individual and parent Sponsors. Sponsor a team!
