Fall 2024 FEES & REFUND POLICY:

REGISTRATION FEES:
$225 for registrations from August 1st through August 25th.
$275 for registrations after August 25th.
Fees cover most of the cost of player and coach uniforms, team equipment, field maintenance, umpires, administrative expenses including League insurance costs and LL charter fees, and scholarships.

WAITLISTS: When a division is filled – and only when it is filled – you will be placed on a waitlist. There is no charge for the waitlist.

SCHOLARSHIPs: No child will be denied the opportunity to play because of an inability to pay. If a family is unable to shoulder the entire registration fee, scholarships are available for part or all of the registration fee. If you are requesting a scholarship, please email the registrar at Info@WestSideBaseball.org BEFORE registering. The Registrar will get back to you with the scholarship codes, known as Coupon Codes.

REFUND POLICY: A full refund is given when a registered player withdraws for a valid medical reason with an accompanying doctor’s note. All other requests for a refund will be denied except under special circumstances as determined by League officials. A $25 processing fee will apply to ALL non-medical refunds.
After uniforms have been distributed, no refunds will be given for any reason.

Uniforms & Equipment: In the Spring, the League provides full uniform—jersey, pants, socks, and cap.
All players must have their own mitts (WITH THEIR FULL NAME WRITTEN ON IT) and wear appropriate footwear--sneakers or plastic cleats (NO METAL CLEATS).
All male players ages 9 and up are required to wear an athletic supporter with protective cup.
Do NOT bring your own ball to the field. The League provides balls of appropriate hardness for the different age groups.

Team Sponsorship: A Fall team sponsorship is only $500, and the cost of sponsorship is tax-deductible! You can request the age group or division you'd like to sponsor (6’s T-ball, 7 or 8 year olds, Minors 9's, Majors 10-12, Junior or Senior Baseball, or Girls' Softball). Sponsor logos are printed on the back of the uniform for coaches and players. In addition, sponsors can have their web sites linked to the West Side Little League web site. We welcome corporate, individual and parent Sponsors. Sponsor a team!
